HEGIAS VR in (Meta) Oculus App-Store

HEGIAS VR is available in the (Meta) Oculus App Store and thus for all Oculus Quest users worldwide. And there are other improvements in the application of HEGIAS VR.

As of this week, we’re getting even closer to our promise to democratize virtual reality. We’re officially on the (meta) Oculus Store with our cloud-based standalone app. This makes it even easier for our customers and their customers, partners and all other stakeholders to walk through, discuss, materialize and furnish planned construction projects together immersively.

And it’s that easy

In the Meta/Oculus App Lab Store, search for «hegias» and install it. The user can do this directly in the Quest VR glasses or with the direct link in the browser – you simply have to be logged in with the same Facebook/Meta account that is used in Quest 2.

Walk through, materialize and furnish

You can then use the demo access with the various application examples in the HEGIAS VR Welcome Room to gain initial experience and get started. And it’s best to upload your own test object in the browser right away. Contact us for a test account and let HEGIAS VR’s simple, fast and intuitive operation convince you – with minimal hardware and a one-time installation of the app from the app store. All you need is an internet browser.

More improvements to HEGIAS VR

That’s not all. This week we uploaded more updates to HEGIAS VR that further simplify the experience and operation of HEGIAS VR – among other things, the model view has been improved, multi-users have been made more stable and the materialization and scaling of objects are now also synchronized in real time.
